Agreement of Consent to Use of Personal Information

By using Ocean Pulse Travel LLC’s services for booking travel, you agree that certain personal information may be shared with third parties who are relevant and necessary to the transportation and accommodation of your travel. Ocean Pulse Travel LLC is not responsible for the further use or disclosure of this information by such third parties.
Personal Information Included
The personal information we collect may include private details such as birth dates, passport numbers, travel dates, occupation, accommodation and meal preferences, health information, frequent flyer and other membership identification numbers, bank accounts, credit card details, and other payment or financial information necessary to secure your travel arrangements.
Passport Information and Scans
Ocean Pulse Travel LLC may collect passport details, including a scanned copy of your passport, to ensure the accurate booking of international travel and compliance with travel supplier and government requirements. This information is collected solely for the purpose of verifying traveler identity and confirming that names and details used in bookings match official travel documentation.
All passport data is submitted through a secure, encrypted platform (Travefy) and is not transmitted via email. Access is limited to authorized personnel managing your travel arrangements. Passport data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your bookings or fulfill legal or administrative requirements.
By submitting passport information, you confirm that the data is accurate and that you have the authority to provide the passport details of any other travelers included in your booking.
Personal Information of Other Travelers
You affirm that you have the legal right to provide personal information of other travelers included in your party and consent to Ocean Pulse Travel LLC sharing such information with relevant third-party suppliers. You agree not to hold Ocean Pulse Travel LLC liable for the distribution of this information to necessary third-party providers or for any further use or disclosure by those third parties. Our liability for failure of any such third-party provider to protect your personal information is expressly excluded. If you have concerns about disclosure of personal information to any third-party supplier, please notify us in writing well in advance of making any travel reservations or arrangements involving that supplier.
Retention of Personal Information
Your personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to provide travel or related services to you, and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal or business purposes.
Accuracy and Updating of Information
Ocean Pulse Travel LLC may update the personal information on file as needed. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the information you provide. You agree to promptly supply updated personal information as necessary for booking procedures. While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, Ocean Pulse Travel LLC is not liable for any improper use of your information that is beyond our control. Our liability for failure of any third-party supplier to protect your personal information is specifically excluded.
